SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are typically processed and dispatched between 1-3 days including Saturdays.
US residents should expect to receive items within 3-5 days.
UK and Canadian residents, 7-12 days, if not sooner.
Western EU residents, 7-15 days, if not sooner.
All other EU residents, 7-28 days, if not sooner.
Where possible, we aim to prioritize faster shipping options at no additional cost to you (including international customers); however, expedited delivery is not guaranteed. If expedited or express delivery is required, please contact info@takemonday.com so we may assist.
Further worldwide residents should expect a minimum of 14 days.
Please note: These timeframes are estimates—delivery may be affected by customs processing, border delays, holiday delays, severe or inclement weather, or other conditions. As these factors are outside our control, Take Monday is not liable for any resulting delays.
US Shipping - $7 (or free for orders over $80)
UK Shipping - €7 flat on all orders
EU Shipping - €7 flat on all orders
Canada Shipping - $7 (or free for orders over $80)
International Shipping - $20 Flat Rate
Your order may arrive in separate shipments from seperate warehouses. Don't worry, everything is on its way to you!
We ship to most countries, with a few exceptions. Some of our most frequently shipped locations include the US, the UK, Canada, and the EU.
Once you proceed with checkout, the system will let you know.
If you live inside the US, items will be shipped domestically and there will be no import duties. Canadian residents should expect nominal duties.
Non-US residents: Customs and duties may incur depending on your country. Please check with your local post office for any applicable fees, as these are the responsibility of the recipient. For questions, email info@takemonday.com.
Returns & Exchanges
US residents: We offer returns up to 7 days upon receipt of delivery. Email us for instructions at info@takemonday.com. A flat fee of $7 will be deducted for return shipping. Any initial shipping fees are not refundable.
To be eligible for a return, make sure your item(s) is unused and in its original condition. Returned items that show signs of use or wear will disqualify a return, subject to inspection.
UK, EU, and Canada residents: We offer returns up to 7 days upon receipt of delivery. Email us for instructions at info@takemonday.com. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. It is advised to include a tracking number and insurance.

We currently do not offer exchanges at this time.
Care & cleaning
For the toughest stains on your transparent pouches, we recommend using a small mixture of 1-part vinegar and 1-part water. Use a soft microfibre cloth to avoid scratches and begin spot treating on a small area before moving onto the rest.
